- 20 Years Visa
- The PVIP provides 20 years visa with the option to extend a further 20 years (20 years + 20 years)

- PVIP participants are allowed to carry out business activities and investments without a local partner
- Permission to Study
- PVIP participants are allowed to study in Malaysia
- No Minimum Stay Required
- PVIP participants are not required to meet any physical presence or minimum stay criteria.
- No Age Restrictions
- The Principal applicant is not subject to any age restrictions.
- Dependent
- PVIP participants are allowed to bring their spouse, children, parents, and parents-in-laws as dependents

- PVIP participants are allowed to bring in one domestic helper following the guidelines of immigration department
PVIP Key Requirements
APPLICATION PROCESS
STEP 01: Appointment
All you have to do is to appoint Emiconsol as your official consultant and sponsor.
STEP 02: Pre Screen
The principal should gather the required documents and send them to Emiconsol for a preliminary assessment.
STEP 03: Processing of Application
The principal is required to send the original documents to Emiconsol office and make a partial payment.
STEP 04: Submission
Emiconsol will proceed with the submission of the PVIP application to the Immigration Department for further processing
STEP 05: Approval
Application to arrive in Malaysia
- Opening a bank account in Malaysia and depositing RM 1 million into a fixed deposit account.
- Perform a medical check up
- Purchase health insurance (Only applicable to applicants below the age of 60)
STEP 06: PVIP Visa Endorsement
Emiconsol will initiate the process of obtaining PVIP visa endorsement from the Immigration department and will ensure the delivery of the passport to your designated location upon its completion

Note: All the above photocopies must be translated into English and certified by notary public office in your country.
